Your library is yours.

This Privacy Policy explains how notive.space collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use our website, applications and services. It applies to visitors, registered users and subscribers.

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and avatar. We use this to identify you, secure your account and send service-related emails.

Library data: the links you paste, the content we fetch from them, the pages and notes you create, and the collections you organise them into. This is the core of the service.

Usage data: basic events such as page loads, feature interactions and errors. We use this to keep the service reliable and improve performance.

Billing data: when you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects card details and billing address on our behalf. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Saved content is processed to extract text, generate summaries, build search embeddings and answer your questions. Processing runs on our infrastructure and on AI providers acting as processors on our behalf.

We use account and usage data to authenticate you, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and send important service updates.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private library to train public models.

We process your data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, because you have consented to specific uses, or because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

You can withdraw consent for optional uses at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Every row in our database is protected by row-level security scoped to your account. Only you — and any AI agent you explicitly connect — can read your pages.

Our engineers may access production systems only for troubleshooting, under strict access controls and audit logs. We do not browse individual user libraries.

We share data only with service providers who help us run notive.space: cloud hosting, database services, AI processing, email delivery and payment processing. Each provider is contractually bound to handle data only for the purposes we specify.

We do not share, sell or rent your personal information to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

We encrypt data in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is limited to authorised personnel.

Despite these measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you promptly and take steps to mitigate harm.

Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can export or delete most of your library directly inside the app. For other requests, email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage and first-party event logging) in three categories: strictly necessary (sign-in, session, anti-abuse), functional (language and workspace layout) and optional analytics/diagnostics (aggregated, pseudonymised usage and error signals).

Analytics cookies are off until you opt in. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, fingerprinting or data brokers. Google (sign-in) and our payment processor (checkout) may set their own cookies during those flows.

You can grant or withdraw consent at any time in our cookie preference centre, or through your browser settings. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as a withdrawal of consent for optional cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in.

notive.space is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Deleting a page removes it and its extracted chunks immediately from your active library. Deleting your account starts a process that removes your profile, sources, pages and collections within 30 days, including from backups.

We may retain certain records longer where required by law or for legitimate business needs such as fraud prevention, security and financial record-keeping.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the app before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use notive.space after a change means you accept the updated policy.
