"notive.space", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the notive.space service. "You" means the person or entity using the service. "Content" means any links, text, notes, images, embeddings or other materials you import or create.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use notive.space. You need a valid email address. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account. One person per account unless you are on a team plan that explicitly allows multiple seats.

You keep ownership of everything you save and write. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit that content back to you and to any agent you explicitly connect.

You represent that you have the right to import the content you save, and that doing so does not violate the terms of the source platform or the rights of any third party.

We do not claim ownership of your original content. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage patterns to improve the service.

You agree not to use notive.space to: bulk-scrape, spider or harvest third-party platforms in violation of their terms; store or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, violent or sexually exploitative material; send spam or unsolicited messages; interfere with or disrupt the service; attempt to bypass access controls or reverse-engineer the software; or use the service in any way that harms us or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that create legal or security risks.

Summaries, answers and other AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Every answer links back to its source whenever possible — check the source before you rely on it.

AI output is provided for your reference only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial or other advice.

notive.space and its branding, code, designs and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our permission.

Open source components we use are governed by their respective licences.

Free accounts have usage limits. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you will keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new periods. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

You can export or delete your library whenever you want, even after cancelling.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the charge.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, create risk for us or others, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, notive.space is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you did not pay.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless notive.space from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if not resolved, through the courts located in Beijing.

Your use of notive.space is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what we store, which cookies and tracking technologies we use, and how to manage your consent.

You can change your consent at any time in the cookie preference centre.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to you or posted in the app at least 15 days before taking effect. Continuing to use notive.space after a change means you accept it.
