Beta terms, in plain words

Notive is an invitation-only test version. Features may change, break or be removed, and limits may change. Keep your own copies of anything important — you can export at any time.

The beta costs nothing and we collect no payment details. If paid plans are ever introduced, nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement first.

You keep ownership of what you save and write. You let us store and process it only to run Notive for you, including sending it to our AI provider to summarise and answer. You confirm you have the right to save what you import.

Don't use Notive to scrape platforms against their terms, store unlawful content, attack the service, or get around usage limits.

Answers are generated from your library and may still be wrong. Check the cited sources before relying on them.

You can delete your account from the account page at any time. We may end the beta or suspend accounts that break these terms; where we can, we'll give notice so you can export first.

The beta is provided as-is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a purpose, to the extent the law allows.
